Apparently, after much thought and granting my client's motion for reconsideration, the judge GRANTED my motion for partial summary judgment on the 20 year old debt for which my client is being pursued. The debt collector firm is stalling on the entry of an order.

In the meantime, it appears that justice may win out.... It will probably take a millenium, but I hope to be there when it happens.
