I can only say that this judge, despite what I believe to be inherent human nature, maintains proper judicial temperament and rulings.

In a wonderful display of attorney antics, he rose above it and ruled properly ignoring the remainder of the mudslinging. It saddens me to believe that we will lose a judge of his ability. This only leads to a hardening of a resolve to deal appropriately with those causing his potential demise.

I trust that some day they will understand and find their way to the appropriate twelve-step program. I hear they have those in TDC...
